We love the spicy flavor and no salt is an added benefit. I've used this in eggs, meats, sauces and more. If you want a little kick this the one to use, little more or little less.

Dash
I am a stroke victim, so salt is a no, for some reason Dash extra spicy is impossible find, with all the spices, it pure southern, by the way it’s Dash no longer Mrs Dash, haha thanks for giving me a place to buy it
