What you will need:
- 1 packet McCormick Salt Free Taco Business Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 lb ground beef or plant-based ground protein
- 2/3 cup water
- 12 - (6 inch) tortillas, warmed
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium- high heat. Add beef or plant-based protein; cook and stir about 6-8 minutes or until cooked through (Internal temperature reaches 165 degrees)
- Stir in seasoning mix and water
- Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into warm tortillas. Serve with desired toppings
Tab's Tips: Substitute 5 cups cut-up veggies in place of the beef or plant-based ground protein. Use a combo of bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, corn & cauliflower. Prepare as directed, cooking until tender-crisp.
