Mix water, aminos or soy sauce, and seasoning mix in a small bowl. Set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add veggies; saute 4 to 6 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Stir sauce mixture; add to skillet. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Simmer 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve over cooked rice or noodles, if desired
