A.k.a. Corn Meal
I have used the New Orleans style from the same company and we liked it, so I thought this would be a lower sodium alternative, did not know that the ingredients in “Fish Fry” was just cornmeal. I can buy that off the shelf in the store.

I can do the same with corn flour and panko bread crumbs for less sodium content.
