I’m glad to have found a company selling no salt added products!
Convienent
It’s convenient to have no salt beans, but they were a bit on the mushy side. A bit over cooked. As I said, it’s convenient, but when I have the time I’ll make my own from dry beans.
Not enough beans in the can
I made a dish which is ground beef, beans, fire roasted peppers & onions, cheddar cheese, with Mrs Dash Fiesta Lime and other seasonings. The can is supposed to hold at least three 1/2 C. servings of beans. Sorry, no way unless a significant part of each serving is water. I ended up adding a second can of beans and there still weren't enough. I won't buy this brand again! The taste is fine, not enough beans.
Quite good actually
For a very low salt item, we find these are pretty good. We cook them with some fresh onions and peppers, and use unsalted chicken broth to help with the flavor. Haven't tried them yet to cook homemade baked beans, but that's on the agenda.
Kuners is the Best!
Delicious beans that don't need to be drenched in salt in order to taste good. Great to make refried beans with! Beans came fast, safe and undented, as well as with way-in-the-future use-by dates. Time to get cooking!
