I've used these no sodium packets for a long time they keep me from waking up thirsty I carry some with me when hiking with a tea bag or too I've been known to take a short cut that last till morning the billion makes a nice warm feeling threw the night Vince

You can always find chicken but it’s hard to find sodium free beef bouillon. I was so happy to be able to get it!
