Not so good
I was really looking forward to this but sadly it was not good. There was a waxy/fatty content that surrounded the corn. I’m not sure what it was … but it was throughout the jar. It’s didn’t smell bad it was simply a fatty/waxy texture that didn’t taste like anything. I had to toss the jar

Alternative to Trader Joe’s corn salsa
This is very nice. Not spicy. I even put this in tuna salad. Great with salsa and or chips.
