Corn Puffed cereal
Pretty good taste---a little bland, but I am used to bland as I cannot have salt. However, a little low sodium chicken broth, light vanilla yogurt helps boost flavor. Just remember, this is "corn"---as in popcorn---kernels are ''puffed". Hence, using a little warm/hot chicken broth or similar will help to soften occasional harder puffs. Still--very good.

Arrowhead puffed corn
Very good. I mix it with low salt granola and a 1/4 cup bran flashes, + 1% milk. Very good cereal when mixed that way. Plus blueberries on top. YUM.
