Beans and bread
Low salt refried black beans are absolutely delicious. The Ezekiel no salt English muffins are good with peanut butter or cream cheese. I would say, however, putting the ice pack directly on muffins causes condensation. Maybe wrap the muffins in a plastic bag it might stop the condensation which promotes mold.
