I was a bit nervous about using this product in my Breville pizza maker but it did just fine. I used the mini crusts. I baked the pizzas for about four minutes; next time, I will go for four and a half minutes and will see about covering the ends of the crusts w aluminum foil to keep them from getting too crisp. I’d like to have a total crispiness throughout the pizza, but I haven’t figured that out yet. Golden Home Crusts are a good product. I cannot roll out a crust this thin! Thank you.
Really enjoy these pizza crusts. My husband is on sodium restricted diet and these allow him to eat pizza again. They heat up quickly and worked really well. We used some low sodium alfredo sauce as the base as he can't do tomato based sauces and he was really happy with the taste.
Better than I was expecting, and actually pretty good. I will buy these again.
I’m restricted on salt, sugar & animal fat, so pizza is out of the question…until now! I used no sodium tomato sauce, sliced turkey, onion & low fat cheese for a very good, more healthy pizza. The crust held up well under all the ingredients. It tastes like a communion cracker by itself, but who eats plain pizza crust? With the toppings, I didn’t miss the salt at all!
We had a personal pizza night with a bunch of different ingredients. I could add low fat/sodium options with onions and mushrooms, while the family could go wild.
